1. Delivery area
Aquira currently delivers to addresses within Malaysia only.
2. Shipping charges
- West Malaysia: Free shipping.
- East Malaysia: Additional RM5 shipping fee per order unless otherwise stated during checkout or order confirmation.
3. Estimated delivery timeline
Our estimated delivery timeline is within three (3) working days. This is an estimate rather than an absolute guarantee. Delivery may take longer during public holidays, high-volume periods, courier disruptions, adverse weather, remote-area delivery or where address information requires clarification.
4. Order information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed and additional delivery charges may apply where a parcel must be resent.
5. Delivery issues
If your parcel appears significantly delayed, damaged in transit or delivered incorrectly, please contact care@aquira.com.my with your order details so that we can review the matter.
6. Changes
Aquira may update shipping rates or delivery arrangements from time to time. Any applicable charge will be communicated before an order is completed.
