1. Product information
We aim to present product descriptions, photographs, sizes, prices and other information accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, photography, lighting or production variation. Packaging may also be updated from time to time.
2. Prices
Unless otherwise stated, prices shown are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Aquira may update prices, promotions or product availability from time to time. The applicable price will be the price confirmed at the time your order is accepted.
3. Orders and payment
Submitting an enquiry does not by itself guarantee product availability or create a completed purchase. Where an online checkout or third-party payment gateway is available, an order is subject to successful payment and our acceptance of the order. We may contact you if further information is required.
4. Delivery
We currently deliver within Malaysia. Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, weather, address issues or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5. Returns and refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened or used fragrance products are generally not returnable for change of mind or personal scent preference.
6. Website use
You may use this website for lawful personal or business enquiries relating to Aquira. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use content in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights.

Unless otherwise stated, the Aquira brand name, website content, text, design, product imagery and other brand materials are owned by or used with permission by Freedom N Faithnet Sdn Bhd. No rights are granted except as reasonably necessary to browse the website and engage with our services.
